Pay for Outcomes, not Hours
You should expect to know what you’re paying for up front. Consultants are notorious for billing by the hour but, we will set a clear price for solving the problem. If new issues come up that weren’t part of the original plan, we’ll revisit the scope together before moving forward. Hourly rates are still an option, and we’re flexible if there’s a better way to structure the work. But our focus is always on outcomes -- not the clock.
